Eligibility and Requirements

To qualify for wholesale accounts, applicants must operate a legitimate retail business with:

  • A verifiable storefront (physical location, established online shop, or professional resale presence).
  • An active business license, resale certificate, or tax ID (U.S. or equivalent for international applicants, where applicable).
  • Alignment with Emmashopee’s brand aesthetic: premium, whimsical, and craftsmanship-focused home and accessory décor.

We do not accept individual consumers, drop-shippers without established retail channels, or accounts solely for personal resale.

Minimum Order and Pricing

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): $300 USD net (before taxes and shipping) for initial and subsequent orders.
  • Pricing Structure: Wholesale prices are different from retail (standard industry benchmark for handmade goods), with additional volume discounts available for orders exceeding $1,000 USD.
  • Payment Terms: Net 30 for approved accounts with established credit; otherwise, payment in full at order placement via major credit card.
  • Shipping: Wholesale orders ship to the 48 contiguous United States only (see our Shipping Policy for details). Freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer and calculated at checkout.

Application Process

  1. Submit your wholesale application via the form below (or email emmashopee1@gmail.com with the following):
    • Business name, website/social media links, and physical address.
    • Resale certificate or tax ID number.
    • Brief description of your retail business and target customer.
    • Desired product categories or specific items of interest.
  2. We review applications within 5–7 business days and respond with approval status, wholesale pricing sheet (upon approval), and account setup instructions.
  3. Approved accounts receive a dedicated wholesale portal or login for ordering.

Important Terms

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Wholesale orders may include limited customization options. Fully custom or one-off personalization is available at additional cost; however, such items remain non-returnable except for defects (consistent with our Refund Policy).
  • Resale Restrictions: Products must be sold at or above suggested retail prices to maintain brand integrity. No unauthorized discounting or third-party marketplace resale (e.g., Amazon, eBay) without prior written approval.
  • Returns and Defects: Standard wholesale returns are limited; contact us within 7 days of receipt for damaged or defective items. We inspect and approve returns or replacements at our discretion.
  • Intellectual Property: All designs, embroidery patterns, and branding remain the property of Emmashopee LLC. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

We currently facilitate much of our wholesale distribution through Faire (search for Emmashopee on faire.com for immediate access to net terms, samples, and orders). Direct wholesale inquiries are also welcome for larger volumes or custom arrangements.
