Emmashopee is committed to delivering your order promptly and securely. Please review the following terms regarding shipping, processing, and delivery.

1. Processing and Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation (business days only; excluding weekends, U.S. federal holidays, extreme weather events, or unforeseen operational disruptions).
  • Upon shipment, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier details (UPS or USPS, depending on order specifics and destination).
  • Estimated transit times vary by carrier and location:
    • Continental U.S. domestic: Typically 3–7 business days (subject to carrier performance).
    • Note: Processing time does not include transit time; delays beyond our control may occur.

2. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions

  • Shipping is available only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • We do not ship to international destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or domestic P.O. Boxes.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery address. Emmashopee is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking confirms delivery to the provided address.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a return (see our Refund Policy for details).

4. Out-of-Stock and Backorder Items

  • If an item is out of stock at the time of order processing, you will be notified via email.
  • We do not automatically fulfill backorders. You may choose to wait for restock, receive a partial shipment (where feasible), or cancel the affected item(s) for a refund.

5. Custom and Personalized Orders

  • For items requiring personalization (e.g., embroidery, custom text), processing may occasionally extend slightly beyond 48 hours to ensure accuracy. You will be notified if any delay is anticipated.
  • All other shipping terms apply unchanged.

6. Additional Notes

  • We select the most appropriate carrier (example: UPS or USPS) to optimize speed, cost, and reliability.
  • Customers are encouraged to track their package using the provided link and contact the carrier directly for delivery inquiries after shipment.
