Online and Instore Purchases
- Online orders and instore purchases can be returned either by mail or in-person at Emmashopee store within a 30-day window from the date of purchase.

Customized, personalized, embroidered, or made-to-order items (including but not limited to products featuring custom text, names, embroidery designs, or other modifications selected by the customer) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage upon arrival, or errors attributable to Emmashopee (e.g., incorrect customization due to our fault). For defective or incorrect custom items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue for assessment. Approved cases may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning an item.
- All returns must include the original purchase receipt.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be reflected in your account post-receipt of the returned item.
- We welcome returns of any apparel items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective. It’s important that all tags remain attached, and the items are returned in their original condition.
- Discount items and Gift Card purchased are final sale.
